Imagina só vários protocolos de experimento diretamente no seu iPhone. Tá, quem não gosta nem de iPhones nem faz pesquisa deve ter achado uma notícia nada a ver, mas eu achei bem legal... apesar de não ter um iPhone.

A new iPhone application provides life scientists with step-by-step protocols.
Promega Corporation has just released a free Apple iPhone application available to all life science researchers. The Protocols and Application Guide application provides step-by-step protocols for molecular and cell biology techniques. It features illustrations, animations, and regular content updates.
The iPhone application is yet another way for Promega to distribute its protocols to researchers. The Protocols and Applications Guide has been available to life scientists in print since 1989, and an online version has been available since 2004.
The guide includes chapters on PCR applications, DNA purification, protein expression, and cloning. The application provides technical tips, example data, and experimental protocols.
The application runs on Apple's iPhone or iPod Touch and can be downloaded at the Itunes App Store.
